Shipping Policy
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking reference will be provided via email.
- All orders are handled with precision and care.
- All items are Ready-Made (Readystock).
Delivery Estimates
- For Malaysia, deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 working days.
- For international orders, delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Rates
- West Malaysia : RM10
- East Malaysia : RM20
TAXES
Any applicable duties or import taxes are to be handled by the recipient.
IMPORTANT
We operate with a standard of accuracy where, customers are advised to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. 21stLifestyle is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or customs processes.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the appointed courier. However, should any issue arise, our team remains available to assist.
Return & Refund Policy
At 21st Lifestyle , every piece is curated with intention, precision, and quality control. Due to the nature of our products and limited drops, all purchases are considered final once confirmed. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy (Strict Final Sale Standard)
All items purchased from 21st.Lifestyle are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once payment is completed.
We do not accept:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selection by customer
- Colour difference due to lighting/screens
- Didn’t suit me” or styling preference
- Late delivery due to courier issues beyond our control
2. Eligible Returns (Only Under Strict Conditions)
Returns are only accepted if ALL conditions below are met:
- Item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Item received is incorrect (wrong product sent by us)
- Request is made within 48 hours of receiving parcel
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Any request outside these conditions will not be entertained.
3. Proof Requirement
To process any claim, customers must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory) from the moment parcel is opened
- Photo evidence of defect or incorrect item
- Order number & receipt proof
Claims without an uncut unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
4. Exchange Policy (If Approved)
If your return is approved, we offer:
- Exchange of the same item (if stock available) OR
- Store credit equivalent to item value (valid 30 days)
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- If mistake is on our side → we cover return shipping
- If customer error or voluntary request → customer bears all shipping costs
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable in all cases
6. Right to Refuse Returns
21st Lifestyle reserves full rights to:
- Reject any return request that does not meet conditions
- Reject items suspected of being used or tampered with
- Refuse customers with repeated return abuse history
All decisions made by 21st Lifestyle are final and non-negotiable.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Once parcel is handed to courier:
- Delivery delays are outside our control
- Lost parcels must be claimed directly with courier service
- We will assist, but are not liable for courier failures
8. Quality Control Standard
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. By purchasing, customers acknowledge that:
- Minor variations in stitching, colour tone, or texture are not defects
- These are part of manufacturing tolerance, not grounds for return
